South-view Primary 5 Campfires

Today, South View Primary School conducted their annual camp for their Primary 5 students. The event was held in the school campus. The scout leaders from Bukit Panjang Government High School we went there to set up the campfire pitch. During the campfire, we lead the students to sing songs throughout the campfire. We also sang with them and keep them company. This event reminds me of the good memories that I had in my primary school. I wish all primary schools could have such an event for their students.

An interact session with Japanese Cub-Scout

today, the Japanese Cub Scout from the Japanese International School in Singapore visited South View Primary School on an exchange program. During the meeting, the scout leaders from Bukit Panjang Government High School were responsible for conducting activities such as Trust-task force, Commando Crawl, Sheeting folding and Tug-Of-War for the junior scouts. Throughout the activities, we have to help the juniors. This event provided me with the opportunity to interact with scouts from other school and countries and we are able to share our experiences and make new friends.
